Understanding Mental Health in Today's World with Melissa Picard. Melissa is a licensed clinical social worker and owner of Intuitive Therapy with over 15 years of experience in the field of social work. Anxiety has always presented itself in the career seeker, but many of us are seeing major increases in the clients and students sharing and presenting with anxiety. Melissa's keynote will reflect on our current culture, how to support clients and ourselves, understanding the nervous system and learning, and practical strategies to help people thrive.
50 minute Workshop
Neurodiversity for Career Development Professionals with Maureen Hilton - Sokoloff. Maureen is the owner of Maureen Hilton Strategies and has over 15 years of experience in neurodiversity and autism education, training, and coaching. During her workshop, Maureen will focus on supportive career coaching tools (disclosure, effective job search processes, neurodivergent-friendly employers), and share her greatest set up for success when working with students and clients.
