More Exciting Ways to Get Involved
RICDA LEADERSHIP ACADEMY - Leadership Academy applications are open!
This is a six month program that connects career practitioners while deepening their understanding of leadership. The academy focuses on key elements of leadership: Self-Awareness, Connection, Accountability, Communication, and Purpose & Vision. Leadership Academy candidates will participate in monthly retreats, as well as a group project with a community partner to address employment barriers, and present their project at the annual conference. RICDA Leadership Academy open to all career practitioners who serve Rhode Islanders, from those just entering the field to seasoned practitioners.
