RICDA LEADERSHIP ACADEMY
This is a six month program that connects career practitioners to each other and leadership, offered every other year by the RICDA. The academy focuses on six key elements of leadership: Communication, Connection, Accountability, Mission Focused, Influence, and Self Awareness. Leadership Academy candidates will participate in monthly retreats, as well as a group project that connects the candidate with a community partner to address employment barriers. RICDA Leadership Academy open to seasoned career practitioners as well as students. Contact Audra with any questions firstname.lastname@example.org. Application: https://forms.gle/wZu1Y1ZumZcrUbX26
