More Exciting Ways to Get Involved

RICDA LEADERSHIP ACADEMY - Leadership Academy applications have closed for the 2024 session.

This is a six month program that connects career practitioners to each other and leadership, offered every other year by the RICDA. The academy focuses on six key elements of leadership: Communication, Connection, Accountability, Mission Focused, Influence, and Self Awareness. Leadership Academy candidates will participate in monthly retreats, as well as a group project that connects the candidate with a community partner to address employment barriers. RICDA Leadership Academy open to seasoned career practitioners as well as students. Contact Audra with any questions audraryan@uri.edu.

COMMITTEES COMMUNICATIONS & LEADERSHIP

The RICDA currently consists of a Board of Directors, a Leadership Committee, Membership Committee and a Communications Committee. If you would like to know more about these committees or RICDA, reach out to RICDA President, Carrie Ann Marshall CarrieAnn.Marshall@jwu.edu.

Are you interested in social media, LinkedIn or newsletter development? We are especially in need of members for the Communications Committee and work on social media.
