RICDA LEADERSHIP ACADEMY - INAUGURAL CLASS
This six-month intensive program connects career practitioners to each other and leadership. Some themes include self-care, leadership styles, trauma- and behavioral health-awareness, assessments, best resume practices, community resources, and more. This is a free opportunity, open to seasoned career practitioners as well as students. Application and retreat dates can be found here. Contact Audra with any questions email@example.com. MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID - BECOME A TRAINER
Mental health always impacts our profession, and we know that the prevalence of mental health needs has grown significantly. This year, the RICDA is offering a $2,200 grant to one individual to become a Mental Health First Aid Trainer. This is a competitive grant process. The strongest applicants will be able to communicate how they will bring back this training to benefit the RICDA community. See the Fall training dates here. Applications due October 1st, apply here.
