Employer Panel: Entrepreneurship Themed

Wednesday, November 6th | 1pm - 3pm | RI Food Bank | 200 Niantic Avenue, Providence

Join us for our annula Employer Panel. This year's theme will be Entrepreneurship. Our panel will bring together local business advising resources and entrepreneurs. Participants will learn about resources available to support and refer clients/students to, from a small side hustle to a large venture. This event is open to all. Cost is free for members and $25 for non-members.


Hope & Main, Luca Carnevale: this company is a bit of everything!  RI's first culinary incubator, where aspiring entrepreneurs can launch their business in a certified kitchen. take advantage of copacking, and they offer classes!

RISBDC, Joshua Daly: RI's branch of this national network.  RISBDC offers free advising, workshops, and support for you in the idea phase, or established phase.

Mastermind Adventures, Krysten Lynch Callina: this success grew from the need to keep their kids active and engaged, and now the homegrown play consumes large venues with 50 guests, coming together in a "clue meets escape room" adventure!

•Revival Brewing, Owen Johnson: we all know at least one person interested in starting a brewery, and Owen has done it here in RI. Owner Owen has co-founded five ventures and four mission-driven organizations, bringing over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience.  

•Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses, Sandra McNamara: –  an investment to help entrepreneurs create jobs and economic opportunity by providing them with greater access to education, financial capital and business support services.  Sandra is an advisor, business owner, and served at the Center for Women and Enterprise for over 10 years.

•Urban Greens, John Santos: a food co-op in Providence, this mission driven company works within the community to support health and well being, while focusing on education, outreach, sustainability, and community building.
