The 2027 Leadership Academy Cohort will run January 2027- June 2027. During this experience you will be connected to a team for a community project, utilize a leadership book as a guide, and participate in monthly cohort meetings that support the RICDA Pillars of Leadership. The RICDA Pillars of Leadership are: Self-Awareness, Connection, Accountability, Communication, and Purpose & Vision. Through this experience you will develop new connections, build team, understand your leadership qualities, and develop a personal plan going forward.
